Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky said a Russian rocket slammed into a dormitory in Kharkiv, completely destroying the building and leaving an unknown amount of people missing, wounded or dead.
Zelensky made the announcement Wednesday night, according to Ukraine’s Pravda media.
“Rocket hit… The dormitory… The building was completely destroyed,” Zelensky said. “We are establishing the exact number of dead and wounded. A vile and cynical attack on civilians that has no justification and demonstrates the powerlessness of the aggressor.”
